First Freedom Center Announces New President
Ambassador Randolph Marshall Bell has been named President of the First Freedom Center. “Freedom of conscience is a fundamental liberty, not just in the United States, but around the world,” stated Dean Rodney A. Smolla, Chair of the Center’s Board of Trustees. “Our new President’s international experience will inspire us to present the legacy of the Virginia Statute for Religious Freedom as a principle that finds its proper place amongst universal rights and global realities today.”
